They certainly do when it's that important (recall a certain largely 
quiet VPOTUS trip to Iraq a few months back that paired a SAM flight to 
England followed by a REACH C-17 to Baghdad).  But it's not like 
everyone doesn't know that she's going to Turin.  Not much OPSEC when 
it's on the front cover of most newspapers ...

Staying on topic, isn't E1/F not strictly a callsign but rather a 
request (to FAA only) for special handling (much like EVAC or 
LIFEGUARD)?
