1659z 09 Feb 09

8992.0 was active at 0500z with ANDREWS bcsting a 28-character
EAM (SAB?3M). Later in the post 0500z time period ANDREW bcst a
longer NE... EAM.

     From earlier in the month...

11175.0 was active at 30Jan2003z with ANDREWS bcsting a
16-character EAM (NEMNJQ). 8992.0 was active at 31Jan1300z+/- with
ANDREWS bcsting a 28-character EAM (5TMGFT maybe). 8992.0 was active
at 03Feb1340z with ANDREWS bcsting a 28-character EAM (5TJ5WU). And
most interestingly, 11175.0 was active at 07Feb2200z with ANDREWS
bcsting a 28-character EAM (PZT?CDU), which remained active in HFGCS
restorals (h+00/h+30) for at least 4 hours.

The current "normal" 28-character EAM series is SA..., such as
the 0500z logged above earlier this UTC day.

It's very rare (to the point of "never" over any 1 year period)
to heard 28-character strings that are not in the "normal" series
active at that time, yet over the past 9/10 days there have been many
such 28-character strings including one (The PZ string) that remained
active and rebroadcast by the HFGCS over a 4 to 5 hours period.

     Very unusual.
