[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - ANDREWS TRAINING and ANDREWS

     8992.0 was active at 1319z with ANDREWS (fair/good levels here)
calling ANDREWS TRAINING with no known response.  At 1329z ANDREWS
called DELTA 724.  At 1412z ANDREWS worked BLUE 01 (unheard here) for
a phone patch to OFFETT weather.

     11175.0 was active at 1427z with OFFUTT working BLUE 01 (unheard
here) for a phone patch to LAJES COMMAND POST.
