[MilCom] MIL: 6993.0 - ANDREWS and LUCKY HAT with another use of "MYSTIC STAR" as code phrase

0148z  08 Feb 06

     11175.0 was active at 0125z with ANDREWS bcsting an all frequency
transmission to [sounded like LUCKY HAT or ___] using the code phrase
MYSTIC STAR and requesting that he meet ANDREWS on "FOX CODE 117".

     6993.0 (F117) was active at 2128z with ANDREWS (fair/weak;
slightly distorted audio) working [could not understand the id; maybe
LUCKY HAT or ?; unheard here] with something about FLASH traffic
(maybe voice) and quiet.  Active again around 0145z with ANDREWS
calling LUCKY HAT numerous times with no known response.

       I've heard tons of FOX designators passed by ANDREWS over the
years but I've never heard them actually use the term "MYSTIC STAR". 
Today it's been used twice by ANDREWS, and in the form of a code
phrase [as in "LUCKY HAT, this is ANDREWS with an all frequency
transmission in the blind. MYSTIC STAR. Go to ...."].
