It is 12:57pm EST (1757z).
   REACH A612 reports inbound to MacDill AFB; ETA is 1905z.   Heard in comms 
with MacDill's Lightning Ops on 311.0.  Has no pax, but has  6 pallets to 
offload; needs Customs. Passed tail number either 63-7834 (Willow  Grove C-130) or 
63-7839 (Little Rock C-130).  REACH A612 has been  reported before as KC-10As 
and C-17As.
   Maybe someone in the Tampa area can keep an eye out for him  and verify 
the acft type.
