[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - DOOM 95

     11175.0 was active at 1702z with BONE 53 (or sounds like;
weak/fair levels here) calling ANY MARS RADIO a couple of times with
no response.

     11175.0 was active at 1711z with DOOM 95 (good levels here)
calling MAINSAIL and raising ANDREWS (weak/readable) for ops normal
1712, negative relay and gone.
