[MilCom] Narcotics sprayer acft headed to Bahamas

It is Thu, 12:10pm EST (1710z).
  The State Dept's new coca crop sprayer acft, AT-802 "N41646," has  just 
departed Patrick AFB and is headed to Providencials IAP in the Turks and  Caicos 
Islands (MBPV).
  He is using VHF ATC freqs, so far 133.75, 132.65.
