Could not have said it better Mac. After decades of digging barely audible 
cw signals from the ether, I now have a 20db hearing loss around 1khz...

Just for me to discern the direction of sound from two radios is very 
difficult.

I remember my father sitting in his recliner on a football weekend and 
having 2 or 3 radios blaring and two televisions on.

His multiitasking skills were not passed down to me:-(
