At 10:08am EST (1508z) this morning, self-IDd KC-10 "Opec 88" announced  
inbound to MacDill AFB via Lightning Ops 311.0.  Opec 88 is bringing 3  pallets of 
cargo, no pax and is Maintenance Status A-1.
