[MilCom] Air Transport 540 to Wright Patt

It is Wed, 12:43pm EDT (1643z).
  DC-8 "Air Transport 540," the USAF contractor flight that serves the  ETR 
downrange sites, usually returns to homebase McGuire AFB every  Wednesday.  
Moments ago Air Transport 540 took off from Patrick AFB and is  headed to 
Wright-Patterson AFB.
