[MilCom] Tarpon Range gonna get hot

It is Mon, 1:25pm EDT (1725z).
  Tinker AFB 960ACS E-3 AWACS "Goliath Alpha" is up with Miami Ctr on  323.1. 
He has just gotten an altitude block for W-174 FL500 and below.
  Goliath Alpha also contacted Homestead ARB's "Mr Mako" on 303.15 to  
inquire about the status of "MAKO 11" flight and "SHARK 21" flight (F-16s); both  
flights are still on the ground, but departing soon.
  Then Goliath Alpha did a modes and codes check with "OakySam"  
(NORAD-Tyndall AFB) on 282.6.
  Just waiting for the action to begin now.
