[MilCom] LAX ILS problems today affecting flights nationwide

It is 1:54pm EDT (1754z).
  CNN is reporting that LAX is experiencing ILS problems which has  forced 
them to close or switch some runways. Inbound aircraft are being delayed  and 
diverted, and that is having a cascading effect on other flights throughout  the 
country.
