[MilCom] Turbo 91 landing because receivers cancelled.

It is Saturday, 10:31pm EDT.
   First, I correct the acft callsign to Turbo 91, not 99.
   McConnell KC-135R Turbo 91 has explained that they need to  return and 
land at MacDill AFB with their total fuel (215K pounds)  because all of the 
aircraft they were going to support in the Navy exercise (USS  Eisenhower COMPTUEX) 
have cancelled due to wx. They are still up with MacDill's  Lightning Ops on 
311.0 awaiting permission to land over-weight.
