[MilCom] Turbo 99 may have problem

It is 10:19pm EDT.
   McConnell KC-135R Turbo 99 may have a problem. They have been  TDY for a 
week supporting the USS Eisenhower COMPTUEX.  They just called  into MacDill's 
Lightning Ops on 311.0 and reported: "We are airborne, but  request you call 
AMC DOV and get permission for us to land with 215K  pounds."  Sounds like they 
just took off and have to RTB immediately.   Comms continuing on the freq now.
