Well was finally able to get ahold of  "National Communications Magazine" 
March/April 2006 edition.

Mark Meece has an article "Military Monitoring in Maryland", 3 pages, which 
is an excellent "on scene monitoring"
presentation of both ground support (including trunking radio systems) &

*Martin State Airport (ANGS)
*NAS Patuxent River
*Ft Meade
(Andrews AFB was not covered since it had been covered in the Mar/Apr 2004
