[MilCom] RODD 57 inbound Westover JARB

It is 11:51am EDT (1151z).
   Just finished listening to RODD 57 on an HF M&W phone  patch (13927.1) 
stating he is inbound home to Westover JARB. Says he is over  Kansas at the 
moment, and his ETA to Westover is about 2 hours. 
   What is most interesting is that he spelled his callsign  twice; it is 
RODD, not ROD as it is most often logged.
