[MilCom] Review -- Pop'Comm's "Military Rradio Monitoring Column

Finally picked up a copy of "Popular Communications" magazine April 2006 
edition.

The 'Miitary Radio Monitoring on VHF, UHF, HF & Satellites' column 
prominently introduces a new author (Tom Swisher) and this first column 
covers primarily "Monitoring Rickenbaker Air National Guard" as well as a 
brief monitoring bio of the new columnist.

The "factual" column is 3 pages long with two pictures & 1 table listing 16 
military aero freqs & 7 base support frequencies.  Additionally 9 
frequencies are listed for the nearby Bush Creek & Buckeye MOA's.

The column will be published again in June (so I'd assume every other month, 
6 total in 1 year).
