Mad Hog callsign is usually used by the A-10s of the MD ANG at Martin  State. 
Usually Mad Hog is one of the A-10s that acts as the FAC (Forward Air  
Controller) when other A-10s are attacking ground targets at either Willow Grove  or 
Kiowa MOA ranges.
 
I saw N164W depart from BWI yesterday (Monday) around noontime  while I was 
playing golf at Ft Meade. He departed as a solo flight.  Most  of the time the 
BAC 1-111s depart as a duo with one of the Sabreliners.
