11175.0 was active at 1556z with an unidentified station (good levels here)
briefly keying freq and calling [maybe MIAMI; heavily accented EE] and
quiet.

11175.0 was active at 1616z+ with unid station (no voice; good levels here)
keying freq with numerous digital data bursts (or brief ANDVT). At 1618z the
freq was voice-mic keyed and into more digital data bursts followed at 1619z
with ADMIRABLE (good) bcsting a 28-character EAM (GGS3OR) preceding OFFUTT's
1623z HFGCS bcst of same, and simulcasting same on at least 15016.0 (weak.)
