11175.0 was active at 1354z with (___AL or ___ROW; good/fair levels here)
bcsting a 28-character EAM (GGSVFL) slightly preceding OFFUTT's HFGCS bcst
of same, and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (fair/weak) with nothing
heard on 4724.0 or 15016.0.

11175.0 was active at 1402z with same player (id sounded like ADMIRAL). At
1415z ADMIRABLE (fair/weak with fading; id clearly spoken) was back up with
another 28-character EAM.
