Well Chris, I'm a bit confused as to what you really want.

IMHO here's what I would do:
1. Check out the following free website
https://164.214.2.62/products/digitalaero/index.cfm#plan & download the
following publications that are in PDF format:
*Enroute Supplements:
a. US IFR Supplement
b. US VFR Supplement
*Planning Documents:
a.. AP1 Area Planning North/South America
b. AP1A Special Use Airspace North/South America
c.. AP1B Area Planning Military Training Routes

2. Check out/purchase Grove's "Master Frequency File"
http://www.grove-ent.com/FREQMASFILE.html
which consists of the "Military Frequency Directory" 2nd edition, "Federal
Frequency directory", 2nd edition,
& "Shortwave Directory", 9th edition. The MFD will give you additional
ground support nets (including
statewide) & base. Also many tactical air/air's are listed by geographic
base.

3. Monitor such frequencies as Command Post, Base Operations, as well as
typical FAA ATC freqs for
clues to other frequencies.

4. Dedicate some time to "searching" the bands.

Good luck!!!

Ken

Subject: [MilCom] Northeast Area Freq Help

Hi guys
Trying to get together a new list of freqs for the Western NY, PA near
Erie area, and Southern Ontario Canada areas. Looking for anyone that can
give me freq info for those areas. Been out of the milair alittle bit and
trying to find a good list to get started again. I have most of the national
airforce stuff, and my local base of Niagara Falls AFB. Using a uniden
780xlt with a radio shack outdoor discone antenna. Any help would be great.
Thanks
