[MilCom] Northeast Area Freq Help

Hi guys
   Trying to get together a new list of freqs for the Western NY, PA near Erie area, and Southern Ontario Canada areas. Looking for anyone that can give me freq info for those areas. Been out of the milair alittle bit and trying to find a good list to get started again. I have most of the national airforce stuff, and my local base of Niagara Falls AFB. Using a uniden 780xlt with a radio shack outdoor discone antenna. Any help would be great. Thanks
