11175.0 was active at 2028z with OFFUTT (weak/readable) working "A I R"
("aay eye are" or sounds like; unheard here) for possible signal check and
gone. At 2033z ANDREWS (weak/readable) popped up and told "station
transmitting secure" (unheard here) to change his transmitter immediately,
and ANDREWS out.
