11175.0 was active at 1846z with ROGUE 30 (weak/fair) calling MAINSAIL and
raising LAJES (unheard to very weak) for a signal check and gone. At 1846z
OKIE 11 worked OFFUTT re phone patch no longer needed. At 1904z CHILL 42
worked OFFUTT with an "ops normal, negative relay" message and gone.
