There are some changes occuring with the Fort Stewart/Hunter TRS.
After appearing to be down for about 24 hours, the Hunter Site has
come back up with different frequencies. It is now using a control
channel of 406.500 and voice channels of 407.5625, 408.125, and
408.3625. This should dictate a change in spacing setting to 12.5.
Using this with the previous base setting of 406.500 and offest of
380, my BC 796 will not track it, although I can hear the traffic on
other gear in conventional mode and match it with multicast traffic
on the Richmond Hill site. My best guess is that the base setting
has changed and I'll need to find out the new base setting.
Unfortunately I may not have the opportunity to do so for about
a week or so. I'll post more when I find it.
