Doing a search for "FLIP" using Google gets a cached page of Sept 26 2005. 
You can still down load 'some' of the listed files using the 'FTP' links, 
but the 'HTTP' links are dead. Some of the FTP files can be 'sorta' read by 
opening them in Excel or Word and then ya gotta spend some time perusing the 
info and still may not find anything useful.  Your mileage may vary. This 
may be the 'last call' so to speak for the page, so download what you can 
until 'they' shut the door on these links too.
