[MilCom] Flight Tracker and F-18 Roman 9

[Radio Man]

Sometimes ATC makes an error. Instead of typing in ROMN9 or ROMAN9 into the 
computer, they did RMN9 instead.  RMN is the 3 letter ATC Identifyer for RM 
AVIATION LTD.  So RMN is not on the blocked list, therefore it was visible.
