[MilCom] Flight Tracker and F-18 Roman 9

Got home today look at Flight Aware for NAS Oceana
see this RMN9 Rm Aviation Ltd "Roman" it wasnt
until I looked at the aircraft type that
I notice its a F-18! The flight tracking
showed it went out probaly down to the
DARE Range then returned back to NAS
Oceana.I wonder if this was some kind
of test flight that got its flight
plan into the FAA or did they  forget 
to leave that one out the data this 
time.Did anyone copy Roman 9 leaving
from NAS Oceana today?
