4724.0 was active at 0547z with OVERRIDE (good levels here) bcsting a
28-character EAM (3Y7JNX) co-channel with a weaker player (missed id as he
was covered by OVERRIDE; weak/readable otherwise) bcsting same and
simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak/barely readable) with nothing
heard on 11175.0 and 15016.0.
