[MilCom] JSTARS 03 AARing with BOLT 23 tonight

     It is 12:24am EST (Thurs).
     At 11:10pm EST tonight (Wed), E-8C "JSTARS 03" departed KMLB and headed 
west for an Air-air refueling (AAR) with MacDill KC-135R "Bolt 23."
     Handoff sequence for JSTARS 03 was 118.2 > 132.65 > 124.8 > 135.75.  I 
heard her climb to FL 280.  
     JSTARS 03 contacted MacDill's Lightning Ops on 311.0 and requested they 
advise BOLT 23 that they were airborne.
     Sorry I was unable to post this heads-up any earlier than this; but the 
JSTARS 03/BOLT 23 comms should be active now.
