[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - TITUS 25

15016.0 was active at 1830z with CONCOURSE (good levels) standing by for
traffic.

11175.0 was active at 1842z with TITUS 25 (very weak/unreadable here)
working OFFUTT (fair) for a phone patch. Trying to arrange a HF comm check.
Ground party ("185#" maybe 1850) asked "ZULU 150" and response was unheard.
Nothing heard here on 5800.0 unless it's been changed. TITUS 25 was back up
at 1853z with OFFUTT for possible signal check. Suspected front end call of
a NAOC.
