[MilCom] NORTHSTAR/ORDERWIRE QUESTION

This question for those who monitor NORTHSTAR GEP /ORDERWIRE frequencies.

Has any of you been able to receive the SSB voice  channels on the 
aforementioned system? I've been trying to do just that using my 
Motorola spectrum scope but so far without much luck. If you have I 
would like to know about your technique.
