[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - ANDREWS TRAINING

      8992.0 was active at 1330z with ANDREWS (good levels) calling 
eventually raising ANDREWS TRAINING (weak/barely readable) for signal 
checks.  At 1334z MCCLELLAN (weak/readable) called and raised ANDREWS 
TRAINING (weak/readable) but did not respond to the calls of ANDREWS TRAINING.
