[MilCom] Clear voice, 266.85 NFM

It is 4:39pm EST (21:39z)
   For the past half hour I have been getting clear voice and green comms on 
Satcom freq 266.85. Talking about some locations. Also "Jim, can you hear me?" 
 Long counts, short counts. Military type, for sure.
