I have NIGHTSTAR calling DRAGNET VICTOR & BLUE ASH here, also on 364.2.  I 
think NIGHTSTAR
is in the SPICA Orbit Area and DRAGNET VICTOR will be in his orbit area at 
1900 UTC.  Been active
for about the same length of time here.  I can't hear DRAGNET VICTOR (too 
far west) or BLUE ASH
(Ohio Ground Station).
