[MilCom] MAKOs, SHARKs join LANCERs at Avon Park

   MAKOs and SHARKs (Homestead F-16s) have arrived at Avon Park Bombing 
Range. SHARKs are up with LANCERs (Seymour Johnson F-15s) de-conflicting. Using 
292.2 for comms with controller as well as for air-air between the flights.
  SHARKs headed into Placid MOA in FL210-230 block.
  MAKOs in comms with FAC DarkCloud on 264.625.
