[MilCom] Lancer 61 to MacDill; Lancer 71 working Avon Park Bombing Range

   The LANCER 61 flight of two Seymour Johnson F-15s that has been working at 
Avon Park Bombing Range this morning is departing and heading to MacDill AFB.
   LANCER 71 flight is taking over and working at Avon. LANCER 71 is a flight 
of four F-15s and is up with Avon Range controllers on both 292.2 and 285.725.
