[MilCom] 116 ACW Front-End Callsign Change?

Nice catch Mac! I have noticed the same thing with a transition from RAZOR
to JSTAR possibly beginning in May. Noted on 17 May was JSTAR 35 HEAVY doing
some pattern work at Lawson AAF. Prior to that date the only aircraft I
heard using the JSTAR callsign was the test bed aircraft, and then their
callsign format was JSTAR 0#.
