[MilCom] 116 ACW Front-End Callsign Change?

I'm wondering if there has been a front-end callsign change for
the 116 ACW E-8 JSTARS aircraft, possibly taking effect on
June 1, 2005.  I have heard them using JSTARS ## since June
1, 2005 and I have also noted Mark Cleary hearing them use 
that callsign on HF.  Likewise, I have not heard them use 
RAZOR ## so far this month.
