    USCG 1717 has been up with Air Station Savannah this morning
    asking them to contact Air Station Clearwater to obtain a PPR
    for ?????????.  1717 was also heard on 156.800 making calls for
    info about the vessel REEL HIGH that they were searching for.
    Possibly related has been Station Tybee Island, GA wkg boat
    25524 on 157.050.
