[MilCom] 259.700 has great range over Southeastern part of US

The 259.7 freq has a great range. I live 475 miles from the launch  pad. I 
have heard every launch to the ISS since the first launch. The shuttle  takes 
more of a northern path up the east coast when going to the ISS. When it  just 
launches for regular space duty I have a hard time picking any comms up on  
259.7. So keep that in mind for all new milcomers.
