I have the ScanTenna and love it.  Have several, by far the best 
omni-directional scanner antenna made.  Better than a discone!

However I bought mine from AntennaWarehouse

as they are $6.90 cheaper than grove.

AntennaWarehouse price: $50.00 + $0.00 s/h = $50.00
Grove price: $49.95 + $6.95 s/h = $56.90
