[MilCom] Milcom monitoring doesn't exist where I live

Thanks for the replies.   Does anyone have another
outside antenna in mind?   Does anyone have any
experience with Grove's Scantenna?   A friend of mine
is going to help me with placement decision and then
i'll buy.   Thanks.
