[MilCom] Band Filtered Pre-Amps

Ouch! If anyone can find a filtered preamp that actually
works worth a hoot in a major metro area, post the info.
here. Big cities like that have the most incredibly awful
amounts of intermodulation distortion and all other sorts
of overloads and radio maladies. VERY tough to deal with.

Subject: [MilCom] Band Filtered Pre-Amps

Hi folks,

I recently bought a PRO-2042 and will be buying another outdoor antenna for
it soon and plan on getting a 10db band filtered preamp for it as well and
was wondering what price range I'll be looking into for a filtered pre-amp?

 I bought a RS model for $34 for my BC-250D a few months back. it's a good
amp, but it's not filtered (No band filters and being in the ATL area is
just asking for trouble).

Any help will much appreciated!

Thanks in Advance,

Adam
