[MilCom] Contractor Operated Military Control Towers

Dobbins tower is operated by Contractors as well. According to them (From  
chatting with different acft), They are ATC's contracted by the DoD.

AFB (OH), Langley AFB (VA), Holloman AFB (NM), Yuma Proving Grounds (AZ),  & 
Vandenberg AFB (CA) are contracted out.....  Any  more?
