[MilCom] ALLEYCAT wkg with MAULERs at Avon Park

It is 1:15pm EST (1815z).
ALLEYCAT is still working acft at Avon Park Bombing Range.
   Oddly, a T-34 that had been in the area and landed at Melbourne IAP, later 
landed at Avon Park Bombing Range Rnwy 23, and while taxiing on the ground 
was in comms with Alleycat.
  MAULERs just arrived at Avon and are in comms with ALLEYCAT on 292.2.
