Exercise involved multiple targets in the Yankee 1 MOA, Hawk flight
was receiving threat calls and targeting info from "Silver" (sounded like).
Hawk 1-3-4 had trouble with the encryption radios, the flight worked
the VHF freqs in the clear then switched to UHF (225.5 in the clear)
