Dan,

That is the USCG Auxiliary District 5 Northern Region NET repeater. What you 
heard was actually "CG", not "BG". I used to keep it on, but I too have not 
heard much traffic on it. Maybe it is busier in the summer. It is located in 
the Media, PA area.
