[MilCom] Army National Guard Ground & Air Support Nets

I discovered a 143.275(100.0hz)Repeater.  The signal is probably about a 2 on the S 
meter.  It voice identifies every top of the hour as the "BG auzillary 5 NR repeater".  I 
have only heard traffic it one time.  One of the stations (maybe both) identifed 
as "media ##".  Any ideas?  I thought maybe it was Civil Air Patrol, but with Ken's post 
maybe it is a NG repeater?  Odd..........
