[MilCom] BLUE and RETRO

Just turned the scanner on and caught BLUE 38 and RETRO 91
doing some random AR on 296.500  I have this as a CORNET freq.
They were taking many photographs and the pilot asked if he could
have them sent to his email address.  He gave it out but I will not
repeat it here.

I then heard BLUE 38 wkg ZBW on 127.825 at 1717z.  He said RETRO
would contact ZBW on 370.900 but there was nothing heard on my end.
